this is what i was up to in march! apparently, i was evaluating my mental health quite a bit. lol. so i give y’all some tips on my mindset and thought-processes that help me stabilize my emotional health. it ended up being a lot longer than i anticipated, so i appreciate you watching and i hope it resonates. i also show what vegan food i’ve been eating lately.
