I’ve been creating digital content since 2007. 15 years and counting! I started blogging fresh out of high school and joined social media platforms when they were created. I have been managing social media for businesses since 2015, creating content through graphics, photos, videos, and writing.

I worked with the End of Waste Foundation, creating all of their email and social media content and managing all of their platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn). I increased brand awareness through daily engagement, paid advertising, and strategic content sharing. An example of all of these strategies can be found on the Save the Glass Facebook page where I grew the community to over 80k in 4 months. (My posts start at the beginning of the page and end on November 19, 2019.)
I have also simultaneously managed the Instagram and Facebook pages for Mead’s Green Door Cafe and Creative Cakes.

I have been interested in photography since I was very young and documenting moments through this medium has always been a passion of mine, even before cameras were on cell phones. 😉 I have documented weddings, couples, families, and children.
I also have years of experience with food photography. During my time at Mead’s Green Door Cafe and Creative Cakes, I took photos of food regularly. I also have a personal interest in food so you can see food photography throughout this blog and on my Instagram.
My love for photography evolved into a love for videography, too. I have my B.A. in Film Studies, so after my time in college, I started my YouTube Channel to further play with video documentation. My passion for videography has now outweighed my passion for photography because so much more can be expressed through video.
I have shot photos and videos of weddings and I am interested in shooting more!

As digital content continues to change over the years, video content has become more and more important for many businesses. During my time at the End of Waste Foundation, I created many videos so the audience would better understand the company’s mission and brand.
And last but certainly not least, I can share my writing. My writing has been republished and I also have experience writing press releases and articles.
